MEC TECH Service's owner and principal trainer, Nicole Mangin, is a double level IV certified operator in Water and Wastewater in the State of New Mexico, an active member of the New Mexico Water and Wastewater Association, and an NMWWA Instructor, and is an exam developer and member of the validation and examination committee for the Associated Boards of Certification. She is also the recipient of the Cynthia Hiers-Robinson Outstanding Instructor of the Year award for 2003. Her comprehensive approach to certification training has yielded a perfect pass rate among the operators that have taken her classes to date.
